For week 3 song selection, Marty went with Nirvana's Lithium. A song much analyzed and revered, regardless of what one thinks the song means, it is certainly dark and edgy. An interesting anomaly is how Marty has written the chorus line as "I'm not gonna cry" when the actual lyrics are "I'm not gonna crack."

Marty delivered a spectacular version of the song, earning the encore the following night.
