How to get your MartyCasey.org wristband
To receive a wristband send a SASE (Self Addressed Stamped Envelope) to the address listed below. One wristband per envelope. Return envelopes require $.60 postage. Envelopes without stamps will be discarded and no wristband sent. Wristbands are free. However, if you'd like to help defray costs of wristbands and website fees, a $1 donation would be greatly appreciated. NOTE: Please do not send checks or money orders, as we have no way to cash or deposit items made out to MartyCasey.org or MC.org.
Currently we are unable to accept international requests.
We hope to soon be able to accommodate all international requests.

Please make sure your return address is noted on both envelopes. There is a limited number of wristbands, so first come, first serve. Wristbands are 19-20 cm and 1.2cm wide and 0.2cm thick.
